Metadata Quality
How complete the metadata of the portal's theses and dissertations is, element by element, and how much of it comes from the institutions' own repositories. Measured against the ETD-MS 1.1 metadata standard for theses and dissertations used by NDLTD, plus faculty, department and full text.

- Computed after every nightly harvest; last computed November 1, 2026, 16:09 (Lusaka time). Download: CSV · JSON.
- "At source" counts only values the repository supplies in the proper metadata element. Values the portal reads from collection names or free text, or fills from the PDF (shown with a "derived" badge on record pages), make the portal more complete but do not help other services that harvest the repositories directly.
